Job Title: Employment Coach Location: Berkshire (community-based delivery across multiple boroughs) Salary: £27,976 £29,000 (dependent on experience) Contract: Permanent Base location within Berkshire is flexible during mobilisation. Travel beyond the agreed base will be reimbursed. Role Overview: We are recruiting a committed and people-focused Employment Coach to support individuals across Berkshire to move into meaningful, sustainable work as part of the Connect to Work programme. You will manage a caseload of up to 25 customers, providing personalised, structured support that helps individuals overcome barriers, build confidence, and secure good-quality employment. You will develop strong employer relationships, promote inclusive recruitment, and deliver ongoing in-work support to ensure customers thrive in their new roles.
