Electrical Shift Technician – East London – £51k

Working Hours: Continental shift pattern, days and nights

We are currently seeking an Electrical Shift Technician to join a critical site in East London. This is a structured, high-standards environment with proper procedures, clear handovers, and long-term stability. Strong option for engineers looking to progress into HV.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on critical plant and systems

* Respond to alarms, faults, and incidents during shift cover

* Work on LV systems, panels, distribution, and associated plant

* Follow permit to work and safe systems of work

* Support uptime and reliability across the site

* Liaise with on-site engineers and management during incidents

* Complete detailed shift logs and maintenance records

* Maintain compliance and site safety standards

Essential Requirements:

* Fully qualified electrician. Level 3 and 18th Edition

* 2391 Inspection and Testing

* Experience in commercial or critical environments

* Comfortable working continental shifts

* Strong fault-finding ability

Desirable:

* HV AP or HV experience

* HV training provided for engineers without a ticket
