Key Responsibilities
- Leading a small team of Engineers and managing contractors on site
- Implementing PPM schedules and lean manufacturing activities
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical and production equipment
- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and implement long-term engineering solutions
- Support machinery upgrades, installations, and improvement projects
- Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and enhance reliability
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and documentation
- Contribute to ongoing site improvement initiatives
