Key Responsibilities
Leading a small team of Engineers and managing contractors on site
Implementing PPM schedules and lean manufacturing activities
Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical and production equipment
Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and implement long-term engineering solutions
Support machinery upgrades, installations, and improvement projects
Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and enhance reliability
Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and documentation
