Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Cover Engineer, Semi Static) - London - £35,000 - £40,000
I have a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the quickest growing maintenance companies in London & The South East who are working in the City of London, Canary Wharf and the West End across a number of Multi-tenanted commercial office buildings on behalf of a number of large property management companies. You will be given a small portfolio of buildings to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.
Hours
Monday to Friday - 08:00 -17:00
Plenty of Overtime Available
Package
Basic Salary of £35/40k
23 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays

Zones 1 / 2 Travelcard
Plenty of OT Available across the business
Genuine Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above.

Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent

Client Facing
Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
Experience in statutory compliance - Water treatment, Fire alarms, Emergency lighting, EtcDuties
Electrical and Mechanical PPM and Reactive maintenance
General building services tasks
Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
Landlord and Tenanted areas for large blue chip companies across the City & West End
Working across a portfolio of 10 Buildings providing cover for holidays and sickness
