CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer for a temp ongoing contract. The successful candidates will be Electrically qualified with a proven track record working with building maintenance.
In return, the company is offering a hourly rate of up to £25p/h.\n \nKey duties & Responsibilities\n\nLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)\nEmergency lighting tests\nControl Panels\nChanging Ballast\nBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)\nCarry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance\nMaintain and update Log books\nPlumbing - Unblocking toilets\nPumps, motorsHours of work / Shift Pattern / Rates\nWeekly rotating 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm\nTemp to perm\nMonday - Friday \n£25p/h\nImmediate start \nRequirements\n\nElectrically qualified \nCity & Guilds - Level 2,3 and 18th edition\nA proven track record in Building Maintenance\nGood Leadership & Management skills\nSafe systems of Work Procedure - PTW, RAMS experience \nHealth and safety and statutory compliance knowledge\nExcellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships both internal and externally\nProven IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office \n\n Please send your CV to Cammie-Jo Ford at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information
