We're working with a young and ambitious M&E contractor who are looking for an Electrical Estimator to join their expanding team. The business is part of a well-established construction group, providing strong financial backing, stability, and a clear platform for growth.
Specialising in commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across London, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is seeking someone who wants to play a key role in that journey.
Role Overview

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive quotations
• Support the pre-construction team with value engineering and cost planning
• Work closely with the directors, with genuine input into growth, pricing strategy, and business development decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within building services
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of electrical systems
• Confident working independently and managing multiple tenders simultaneously
• Ambition to progress into a managerial role, with the opportunity to build and lead an estimating team over time
