Electrical Estimator - Growing M&E Contractor\n £55,000-£70,000 (Depending on Experience) | Central London\n We're working with a and ambitious M&E contractor who are looking for an Electrical Estimator to join their expanding team. The business is part of a well-established construction group, providing strong financial backing, stability, and a clear platform for growth.\n Specialising in commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across London, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is seeking someone who wants to play a key role in that journey.\n Role Overview\n \nPrepare detailed electrical estimates for commercial fit out and refurbishment projects \nReview drawings, specifications, and tender documentation \nLiaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive quotations \nSupport the pre-construction team with value engineering and cost planning \nWork closely with the directors, with genuine input into growth, pricing strategy, and business development decisions Requirements\n \nProven experience as an Electrical Estimator within building services \nStrong technical and commercial understanding of electrical systems \nConfident working independently and managing multiple tenders simultaneously \nAmbition to progress into a managerial role, with the opportunity to build and lead an estimating team over time This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor at an early stage, with clear scope to develop your career and help shape the estimating function as the business continues to expand
