Are you a marketplace-savvy ecommerce professional looking for your next challenge? We're working with a well-established distributor in the home improvement sector who are looking to expand their digital presence – and you could be the key to that growth.
As Ecommerce Coordinator, you'll take ownership of third-party marketplace activity, managing platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, B&Q, and The Range. You'll ensure listings are optimized, pricing is competitive, and customer experience remains consistently strong. What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and growing listings on major online marketplaces
- Uploading new products, optimizing content, pricing, and visuals
- Monitoring sales performance, ROI, and campaign results
- Working cross-functionally to manage stock availability and order flow
- Handling customer feedback and ensuring service levels are met
- Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and A/B testing
- Staying up to date with marketplace policies and compliance needs
- Previous experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay etc.)
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital best practices
- Proficient with Excel and familiar with CMS and channel management tools
- Detail-oriented and highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Understanding of ecommerce SEO and digital marketing principles
- Experience in the kitchen, bathroom or home improvement space is a bonus
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, with benefits including:
