As Ecommerce Coordinator , you'll take ownership of third-party marketplace activity, managing platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, B&Q, and The Range. You'll ensure listings are optimized, pricing is competitive, and customer experience remains consistently strong. What you'll be doing: Managing and growing listings on major online marketplaces Uploading new products, optimizing content, pricing, and visuals Monitoring sales performance, ROI, and campaign results Working cross-functionally to manage stock availability and order flow Handling customer feedback and ensuring service levels are met Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and A/B testing Staying up to date with marketplace policies and compliance needs
