SANZA Teaching Agency are recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner for an Ofsted rated "Outstanding" community nursery school in Newham.

The role is full-tiem and begins in February 2026 (date negotiable).

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support the learning and development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Facilitate engaging learning tasks in line with the play-based EYFS model
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Observe, assess, and record children's progress
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

About you:

Must hold a relevant Early Years qualification (minimum level 3)
Must have previous experience an Early Years Practitioner
A warm, patient, and caring approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Be driven by a strong passion for promoting development in the early years
