to join their team. The Role Provide high-quality care and early education for children aged 05 in line with the EYFS
Act as a Key Person, supporting childrens wellbeing and development
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities based on observations and assessments
Maintain accurate learning journals and records
Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Safeguarding & Practice Follow safeguarding policies and report concerns to the DSL
Maintain correct ratios, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Follow procedures for accidents, incidents, and medication
Requirements Full and relevant
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Experience working with children aged 05
Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
A warm, professional, and reliable approach
Desirable (not essential) Paediatric First Aid
SEND knowledge
Experience supporting students or trainees
