You'll log, triage and resolve support tickets quickly, keeping the customers informed of progress and ensure systems are kept up to date in line with supplier releases. Using your excellent analytical, problem solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, you'll engage with customers regularly and publicise new features introduced in the releases. You'll monitor day to day running of the Dynamics Sales and Marketing estate and ensure change is managed safely by following our change & release process.
