We're looking for someone with working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (Real Time) to support our Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing systems customers.

You'll log, triage and resolve support tickets quickly, keeping the customers informed of progress and ensure systems are kept up to date in line with supplier releases.

Using your excellent analytical, problem solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, you'll engage with customers regularly and publicise new features introduced in the releases. You'll monitor day to day running of the Dynamics Sales and Marketing estate and ensure change is managed safely by following our change & release process.

With a working knowledge of Business Process Flows within Dynamics you'll help design and implement new solutions with the guidance from the technical leads and solution architects.

If you can identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer support calls, acting as the 3rd line of support, and when required train end users and produce relevant training material then we want to hear from you!

This is a hybrid role with a base location offered at one of our offices across England. Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
