As Duty Manager / Assistant Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the hotel across reception, restaurant, and guest service operations.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with senior management, learning all aspects of hotel operations while helping to lead shifts and maintain standards.
You will report directly into the Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager, receiving excellent support and development in a business that values attitude and potential.
Duties:
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel
Assist across reception, reservations, restaurant, and bar operations
Help lead shifts and support the wider team during service
Ensure guests receive friendly, efficient, and professional service
Handle enquiries and guest requests confidently
Maintain standards across all front-facing departments
