With around 14 bedrooms and a busy restaurant and bar operation, the hotel attracts visitors from across the world looking to experience one of the countrys most iconic destinations. The business enjoys a friendly and close-knit team atmosphere, where staff are supported, developed, and encouraged to progress. This role offers genuine variety across front office and food and beverage, making it ideal for someone looking to broaden their hospitality experience. Benefits: 45 hour contract Staff accommodation available at £45 per week including bills Meals on duty Tips on top of salary Full training provided Stunning Highland location As Duty Manager / Assistant Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the hotel across reception, restaurant, and guest service operations. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with senior management, learning all aspects of hotel operations while helping to lead shifts and maintain standards. You will report directly into the Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager, receiving excellent support and development in a business that values attitude and potential. Duties: Support the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel Assist across reception, reservations, restaurant, and bar operations Help lead shifts and support the wider team during service Ensure guests receive friendly, efficient, and professional service Handle enquiries and guest requests confidently Maintain standards across all front-facing departments This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional looking to step into management within a stunning location and supportive team environment.
