Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager looking to lead and inspire? We are seeking a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two childrens residential homes in Leyland. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 7-17 with complex needs, trauma backgrounds, and emotional or behavioural challenges. You will be responsible for ensuring both homes deliver outstanding, therapeutic care , maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations , and support a dedicated team of childcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of two childrens homes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Lead, develop, and support staff teams, promoting a culture of excellence and reflection.
Implement care strategies tailored to each childs needs, tracking progress and outcomes.
Oversee budgets, resources, and operational planning across both homes.
Prepare for Ofsted inspections and maintain continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships with local authorities, social workers, education, and health professionals.
