Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager looking to lead and inspire? We are seeking aDual Registered Managerto overseetwo childrens residential homesin Leyland. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 7-17 with complex needs, trauma backgrounds, and emotional or behavioural challenges.

You will be responsible for ensuring both homes deliveroutstanding, therapeutic care, maintain compliance withOfsted regulations, and support a dedicated team of childcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of two childrens homes, ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Lead, develop, and support staff teams, promoting a culture of excellence and reflection.

  • Implement care strategies tailored to each childs needs, tracking progress and outcomes.

  • Oversee budgets, resources, and operational planning across both homes.

  • Prepare for Ofsted inspections and maintain continuous improvement.

  • Build strong partnerships with local authorities, social workers, education, and health professionals.

  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children at all times.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager in childrens residential care.

  • Proven track record of achievingGood or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.

  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Experience managing multiple homes or teams is desirable.
