You may think that we have to make a stark choice between living self-sufficiently, without care, or going into a residential home Job Purpose To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in a residential or onsite care setting, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and respect. The Care Assistant will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and contribute to the overall wellbeing and safety of service users in accordance with individual care plans and company policies.
