Contract Type: Temp

Working Pattern: Full Time (9 AM - 5 PM)

What You'll Do:

As a Document Controller you will play a vital role in streamlining the document management process for our major projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Pulling together information from various sources within the contracts and design teams.

Creating high-quality PDF documents, including:- Technical submittals

- Quality plans

- Maintenance manuals

Ensuring all documents adhere to client standards and procedures.

utilising online document sharing portals such as Aconex, 4-Projects, and A-site for document submissions.

Assisting the office manager with general secretarial duties, adding value to the entire team.

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone with:

Experience in document control within a construction or engineering environment.

A keen eye for detail to tidy up and prepare documents for submission.

Familiarity with PDF creation and document management systems.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

A collaborative spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
