Title: Case Management Officer Disrepair Contract Type 35 hours per week. Fixed term contract 12 months Salary: £37,451 to £40,000 per annum dependant on experience (London Weighted) £33,688 to £36,237 per annum dependant on experience (National) Grade: 7 Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester Trafford Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working) Working Pattern: 8 to 4pm or 9 to 5pm Monday to Friday Closing Date: Monday 4th May 2026 at 11pm Interview Process : Candidates who are successful at first interview will be invited to an assessment centre in May at our office at West Ham Lane.
