Product Director | Finance Automation | Enterprise SaaS | London (Series B)

£130-170k + equity

now hiring a Product Director to lead a major area of the platform and scale a high-performing product team.


Role responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and execution across a major product area

• Hire, coach and develop a team of high-performing PMs

• Drive product planning and decision-making across Eng, Design and GTM

• Ensure teams are shipping quickly while maintaining high product quality

• Work closely with customers and commercial teams to shape the roadmap

• Help evolve product culture, processes and operating principles as the company scales


Experience required:

• 8+ years in Product (& must have directly managed PMs)

• Strong product strategy skills & commercial acumen

• Experience building or scaling products in high-growth startups or scale-ups

• Experience working with highly complex B2B SaaS products

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• A strong product sense and obsession with quality
