OverviewDirector, Product Management (Processing Solutions) – Services is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. This role sits within the Business & Markets Insights (B&MI) services organization. The B&MI vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Analytics, Insights, Business Experimentation, and Advisors and Transformation. Within B&MI, Deploy is one of the fastest-growing consulting capabilities, designed to accelerate implementation, execution, and adoption of Mastercard strategies and platforms. Deploy bridges strategy and delivery by providing end-to-end program management and execution subject matter experts to clients, technical scoping, technical implementation capabilities, as well as cutting-edge technology solutions across multiple verticals. Our mission is to ensure clients realize tangible value from the insights, strategies and technology solutions we recommend and support implement. The Global Product Director will lead the strategic vision, deploy solution development, commercialization, and go to market activities to accelerate uptake of Deploy Services globally with a primary focus on All About The Role:All About The RoleThe Director, Processing Solutions will:Own the global solutioning strategy for processing led Deploy engagements including identifying new technology solutions to accelerate processor implementation & migrationsDefine how Deploy supports issuer processing transformation, fintech enablement, and core platform modernizationBuild and commercialize partner enabled execution models (agent, referral, bundled delivery)Equip regions, BD, and Advisors teams with a clear processing value narrative and execution playbookEnsure strong alignment with Mastercard product, processing, and platform stakeholders to drive coherent strategy, governance, and execution across processing-led initiativesKey ResponsibilitiesProcessing Solution Services Strategy & OwnershipAct as global solution owner for processing through Deploy offerings, including issuer core modernization, fintech processing enablement, and largescale transformation programsDefine the Services value proposition and how it enhances product, partner, and consulting propositions across processing led opportunitiesTranslate market and client demand into clear, repeatable processing propositions supported by Deploy executionDevelop the processing GTM strategy including:Target & prioritise client segments (issuers, fintechs, neo banks, processors)Standard solution archetypes and deployment modelsModular commercial constructs (agent, referral, bundled execution)Build GTM materials: value propositions, use cases, sales narratives, scoping guidance, and pricing logicSupport priority deals, market wide initiatives, and complex pursuits where processing expertise is requiredPartner Enabled Execution ModelsWork closely with Deploy Product Operations & Partnerships to:Shape how Deploy engages with processing and platform partnersIntegrate the specialty in the commercial partner programDefine governance, intake, and execution models for partner led deliveryEnsure partner solutions are integrated into Deploy execution frameworks, not positioned as standalone technologyRegional Enablement & ScaleEquip regional Product, BD, and Account Managers to sell and deliver processing led Deploy engagements at scaleSupport regions on complex opportunities where local processing expertise or capacity is constrainedShare best practices, refine propositions based on market feedback, and drive consistency across regionsCross Functional LeadershipAct as a trusted processing subject matter leader across Services, aligning execution with Mastercard’s broader platform and ecosystem strategyAct as a product owner for a set of Deploy solutions, owning the global strategy and go-to-market expansion in close partnership with the global Deploy product and regional teamsAll About YouSenior experience (Director level or equivalent) in payments, processing platforms, or largescale financial services transformationProven experience as a product, sales or client services leader with a demonstrated ability to drive commercial growthDeep understanding of issuer processing, fintech enablement, or core platform transformationProven ability to operate in partner led delivery modelsExperience influencing senior stakeholders across regions and functionsFluent in English, Spanish highly desirableIntellectually curious with entrepreneurial attitude and a results-driven mindsetComfort operating in ambiguity and building new execution modelsCreative problem solver with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions and build alignment across diverse teamsAbility to influence without authority - anticipate and proactively address issues that may ariseExcellent commercial thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesWillingness to work across silos and experience in leading by influenceFlexible and creative, able to not only adapt but also thrive in a constantly changing, high-growth environmentAbility to work across geographically diverse teams and culturesCandidate should have relevant academic credentials as well as functional and industry experience to support their applicationThis is an opportunity to shape the future of Mastercard Services in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Corporate Security ResponsibilityEvery Person Working For, Or On Behalf Of, Mastercard Is Responsible For Information Security.
