They are known for their partner-led approach, offering clients the highest levels of trusted technical expertise alongside a commitment to personal integrity.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESDue to continued international expansion, they are looking to appoint a Director to work alongside several departments and a number of key individuals, primarily at Manager to Partner level.Your key responsibilities will include:Source and develop new business opportunities and grow high-value client engagementsPlay a key role in shaping and delivering the strategic plan, representing the firm in market forums and industry eventsOwn and nurture a significant portfolio of outsourcing clients, acting as a trusted advisorDeliver an efficient, proactive, and client-focused service that exceeds expectationsWork closely with senior leadership to manage team resourcing and staffing prioritiesEnsure strong internal collaboration and visibility of client activity across the firmCoach and mentor junior team members, helping them to build confidence and client management expertiseSpot emerging trends and develop innovative service offerings to meet evolving client needsProactively manage risk, ensuring the firm operates safely and sustainablyCANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONACA, ACCA or equivalent qualifiedA valid practicing certificate (or eligibility to obtain one immediately) is essentialExperience of managing an existing portfolio of clients and also generating new business opportunitiesAbility to demonstrate a strong commitment and ability to deliver the highest level of client serviceExperience of delivering services to internationally expanding groupsA \"can do\" attitude and willingness to tackle a range of client issuesStrong delivery skills and ability to work effectively to deadlinesSALARYc.£90,000-£125,000 pa with excellent benefits including:25 days annual leave increasing with serviceFlexible hours of workExcellent pension schemePrivate medical insuranceLife assurance (x4 pensionable salary)Extensive learning and development opportunitiesEmployee benefits portal including vouchers and cashback on everyday purchasesRegular social events!Payment of one professional subscription per annumEnhanced parental and family leaveCONTACTPlease reach out to Lisa Grimes for an initial confidential discussionJBRP1_UKTJ
