We’re supporting a specialist organisation in the Heanor area who are looking to expand their technical support team with an experienced Diagnostic Support Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong diagnostic expertise who’s looking to step away from hands-on workshop duties and move into a problem-solving, advisory role. The Role Working as part of an established technical support team, you’ll use your diagnostic knowledge to help trade customers across the UK identify and resolve complex automotive issues. This is a phone-based role where you’ll investigate faults, interpret data, and offer clear, confident guidance to mechanics and workshop teams. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: You’ll be an experienced automotive professional with a strong background in diagnostics.
