The Role of Deputy Store Manager As DEPUTY STORE MANAGER within Mamas & Papas, you will be one of the key ambassadors creating these magical moments for our customers. You will assist the Store Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the store, the store experience and achieving store KPI’s. In addition, you will manage a team of supervisors and sales assistants, motivating, inspiring and developing the team while leading by example. Key Responsibilities
