Education People has recently partnered with a fast-growing nursery in Bristol to support the recruitment of an experienced and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager / SENCO.This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring leader who is passionate about high-quality childcare, supporting children with additional needs, and helping to build a positive and collaborative team culture within a growing nursery setting.About the RoleThe successful candidate will play akey leadership rolewithin the nursery, supporting the day-to-day management of the setting while working closely with the leadership team.You will bring strong knowledge of SEN processes and procedures, alongside excellent organisational and documentation skills.
