Education People has recently partnered with a fast-growing nursery in Bristol to support the recruitment of an experienced and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager / SENCO.

This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring leader who is passionate about high-quality childcare, supporting children with additional needs, and helping to build a positive and collaborative team culture within a growing nursery setting.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play akey leadership rolewithin the nursery, supporting the day-to-day management of the setting while working closely with the leadership team.

You will bring strong knowledge of SEN processes and procedures, alongside excellent organisational and documentation skills. This position would suit someone with Deputy Manager or Room Leader experience who is confident leading a team and supporting staff development.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process consists of two stages:

Formal Interview A structured interview exploring your experience, leadership style, and approach to early years practice.
