This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Leader who thrives in a trauma-informed environment and wants to lead a team dedicated to boys (11-17) with complex SEMH needs. The Role: Frontline Leadership: Take lead responsibility for Behaviour, Attitudes, and Attendance, ensuring every student feels safe, seen, and supported. Lead by Example: You will maintain a teaching element, delivering your subject specialism to GCSE or Vocational level. Collaborative Strategy: Work alongside a Regional Executive Head and a dedicated Head of Teaching & Learning to drive outstanding outcomes.
