Position Yard Sale Pizza is looking for a Deputy General Manager to join our amazing team. Compensation Competitive base salary up to £34,000 per annum plus a generous bonus and excellent benefits. OTE £31,000 – £34,000, £37,000. Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in all aspects of running the shop during peak, busy shifts. Run your own shifts in the General Manager's absence. Keep the team motivated and bring great energy to each shift. Manage customer expectations, always going above and beyond. Assist with weekly reports, shop orders and team appraisals and development.
Requirements
At least one year experience as a Deputy Manager, ideally within a fast‑paced, casual dining setting. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety procedures. Enthusiastic team leader and motivator with exceptional interpersonal skills. Previous work experience within a takeaway setting is advantageous. Aspiring to progress to a General Manager in the near future.
