Deputy Manager / Assistant GM - Award-Winning Pub & Rooms | Senior Hospitality Role

Letcombe Regis, near Wantage, Oxfordshire

£36,000 - £42,000 OTE 

Full time - 4.5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the front-of-house team
  • Support daily operations and maintain high service standards
  • Manage rotas, training, and stock control
  • Handle bookings, guest requests, and feedback
  • Ensure H&S, licensing, and food hygiene compliance
  • Deputise for the General Manager when required


About You

  • Management experience in a quality pub, restaurant, or hotel
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Confident leading a busy service and motivating a team
