Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the front-of-house team Support daily operations and maintain high service standards Manage rotas, training, and stock control Handle bookings, guest requests, and feedback Ensure H&S, licensing, and food hygiene compliance Deputise for the General Manager when required
About You
Management experience in a quality pub, restaurant, or hotel Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Confident leading a busy service and motivating a team
