What we’re looking for in our Deputy General Manager…

Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants. Solid grasp of hospitality management. Pro at managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws. Excel in communication and leadership skills. Awesome at organising and multitasking. Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that’s work, education, or personal experiences, and you’re okay with a criminal record check.
