This role is ideal for a disciplined and driven chef who wants to develop technically within a structured brigade while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Chef de Partie in running a designated section
Prepare and cook dishes to exact recipes and standards
Ensure mise-en-place is complete, organised, and service-ready
Assist in guiding and supporting Commis Chefs
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and HACCP compliance
Contribute to smooth, calm, and efficient service
