Job Description

NXA are partnered with a thriving retailer based in Central London to find a Demand Planner who will be vital to the performance of a growing supply chain operations

Key Responsibilities:

Modelling and forecasting for a complex global supply chain operation across multiple channels Manage demand number and make relevant input to business forecasting & S&OP planning Create forecasting models factoring in key industry trends within food &/or FMCG retail Predict impacts of NPD and communicate to wider business Analyse historical sales performance and share trends/patterns with the business Proactively support supply chain tech adoption and act as an advisor to the business

Skills & Experience needed:

Demonstrable experience within a planning or supply role for an FMCG or ecommerce retailer or manufacturer Advanced excel skills including pivot tables, lookups and scenario modelling Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to proactively identify issues Experience managing high volume grocery retailers as a stakeholder is advantageous Experience with SQL, Looker or Power BI is advantageous
