Job Description
Demand Planner
£40,000 to £45,000

KJ Talent & Partners are partnering exclusively with a highly successful beauty company, with a growing portfolio of market-leading, personal care and beauty products. From their thriving London head office to their tech hub in Tel Aviv and their Hong Kong innovation Centre, they distribute to more than 40 countries worldwide.
We are looking for a commercially savvy and highly analytical Demand Planner to join the business at time of double digit growth. You will play a critical role in forecasting demand, optimising inventory levels, and ensuring product availability to meet customer needs. By leveraging data analysis, market trends, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will drive operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, promotions, and new product launches.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align forecasts.
Monitor sales performance and inventory levels.
Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
Use statistical models and demand planning software to enhance forecast accuracy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a similar role within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills with profi ciency in Excel, forecasting tools, and ERP systems.
Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and data analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work eff ectively across departments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related fi eld
