Day Porter - £27,000 - Kensington Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm Location: Kensington Salary: £27,000 per annum We are looking for a reliable and well-presented Day Porter to join a residential development in Kensington . About the Role: Covering 3 residential blocks (approx. 50 units )
Providing a warm and professional front-of-house presence
Assisting with deliveries, contractors, and residents' day-to-day needs
Keeping communal areas tidy and presentable
Reporting any maintenance issues to management
Requirements: Previous experience in a Day Porter, Concierge, or customer-facing building services role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and a courteous, resident-first attitude
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to manage deliveries, contractors, and day-to-day building operations with confidence
Comfortable working independently across multiple blocks
