We are currently hiring for an experienced Porter to work on a high end traditional block in the heart of SW London. You will be working for high end clients, delivering excellent service to residents around the building day to day. Salary: £26,750 pa Rota : Monday to Friday 2pm to 8pm and every Sunday 9am to 3pm, and 1 in 6 Saturdays. Duties: Monitor the CCTV in the estate office. Meet and greet residents and visitors in a courteous manner. Check all blocks from top to bottom, making sure that everything is in order, check the plant rooms. Check that all boilers are working and that all boiler rooms are locked and secure. Check all lifts are working and that all lift motor room are locked and secure. Check all basements to make sure that all intake rooms are locked and secure. Check the back gate and the bin door to make sure these are both secure and locked. Patrol the pavement by walking up and down from block 2 to block 6 and also incorporating checking the bin area and back gate. Make sure you help any residents that you see with shopping or luggage or pushchairs etc. Requirements: Experience in Residential or 5* Hotels. Reliable and timekeeping. Immaculate presentation.
