Job title: Data Migration Lead Rate: £375-£500 Inside IR35 Location: Hybrid, Leeds
Length: Initial 6 Months Panoramic Associates are working with a large public sector organisation who are undertaking a major transformation programme to replace multiple legacy applications with a single system. A critical success factor for this programme is the quality, structure and readiness of organisational data. The position acts as a central link between operational teams, digital and IT functions, governance specialists and external delivery partners. The focus is on ensuring that data is properly understood, standardised and prepared in a consistent and controlled way before implementation begins. Context The programme is currently in its early phase, with initial governance structures established and preliminary data assessments underway. Data readiness has been identified as a key programme risk. The organisation needs to demonstrate a clear understanding of its data estate, including what exists, what is required for migration and the level of quality that can be evidenced.
