This is a pivotal role to design and implement the data strategy, business intelligence initiatives, and data governance frameworks, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Build and lead a new data & analytics team. Develop and execute a company-wide data and analytics strategy aligned to business objectives. Own reporting and business intelligence, focusing on Power BI and SQL. Implement and oversee data governance, ensuring compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, FCA, MAS, and other relevant regulations.
