BI Data Analyst

London – Hybrid

Harnham is partnering with a fast-scaling consumer tech brand that’s shaking up the wellness and beauty market. Operating across major UK and European cities, they’ve delivered over a million treatments and put data at the heart of every decision. They’re now looking for a Data Analyst to step in and take real ownership of their data ecosystem.

The Role

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things data—owning pipelines, shaping reporting, and driving insight across the business. Typical responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of core data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and availability
• Supporting and enhancing Looker reporting, including refining and improving LookML
• Partnering closely with Operations to surface insights around supply performance and operational efficiency
• Leading customer segmentation and churn analysis to influence retention and commercial strategy
• Building dashboards and self-serve tools that allow teams to make data-driven decisions
• Acting as a data advocate—supporting, training, and mentoring colleagues across the business

Your Skill Set

To hit the ground running, you’ll bring:

• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on Looker & LookML experience
• Exposure to GCP or BigQuery
• Solid grounding in data modelling and architecture
• Bonus: experience with dbt
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work independently
