We are currently supporting a company that is looking to bring a Customer Services Advisor into their technical support team.

This role plays a key part in assisting global customers with a range of after-sales queries, including operational challenges. It's ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively, and delivering excellent service.

Position: Customer Services Advisor

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:45am - 5:00pm Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour (holiday accrued) - approx. £27,000 per annum Location: Reading

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to technical calls and emails from international customers and internal teams. Use the company knowledge base to provide effective solutions. Process and track warranty claims; create import/export documentation and licences. Maintain accurate information in the CRM system. Support stock rotation and management in the warranty warehouse. Track outsourced repairs. Participate in team meetings, exhibitions, and installation events. Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all health & safety procedures. Ensure products comply with regulations and are correctly labelled. Promote equal opportunities and maintain a respectful working environment.Person Requirements:

Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues. Confident communication skills, especially over the phone. Familiarity with Windows and MS Office. Strong teamwork, organisational, and problem-solving skills. GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/Level 4 or equivalent). Self-motivated, resilient, reliable, and results-driven.
