Job Purpose / Overview
In this role you will play a key part in helping us with customer queries to deliver a great customer experience with every contact - telephony/written correspondence. Reporting to the New Connections Manager within the heart of the operations team, as a New Connections customer service advisor, you won't just be helping our customers understand the installations process; you'll be part of the driving force behind revolutionising our many processes within the new connections team and delivering unparalleled customer experiences to both our large and mid-market customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Call Handling: Serve as a point of escalation for customer queries that come via or phone lines. Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a keen problem-solving ability, addressing issues with precision and efficiency. Communication Excellence: Exhibit excellent communication skills. To succeed you will need
Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to remain calm. Problem solving skills. Able to prioritise conflicting activities and work under pressure. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and on own initiative.
