Our client is a well-established communications and technology business, seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Middlesbrough.

This is a full-time, office-based role offering the opportunity to work at the heart of customer and sales operations within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare and follow up on quotations
Support sales and service administration activities
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proactive and target-driven approach
