RESPONSIBILITIES ·Liaise with our customers, suppliers, and end users via telephone. ·Ensure the database is kept up to date. ·Ensure that calls are handled appropriately and with compassion. ·Concentrate on finding a solution for each case in a specific amount of time ·Analyse the information from the caller to ensure that our patients receive the assistance they require. ·Ensure the highest level of service is provided for all outgoing communications.
