Our client is looking for a confident and professional indvidual to join their team.\n\nThe Role\n\n * To manage incoming reactive maintenance help desk jobs\n\n * Raising, allocating, reviewing and signing off.\n\n * Raising jobs\n\n * Liaising with engineers\n\n * Input data on to the system\n\n * Monitor the system and progress both reactive and PPM jobs\n\n * Ensure KPI’s are maintained at 95% or higher\n\n * Cost jobs on the system\n\n * Chase subcontractors for completion paperwork and file as directed\n\nSkills and Experience\n\n * Must have helpdesk, customer service or call handling experience\n\n * Confident, calm, logical approach, organised – the working environment can be quite fast paced\n\n * Computer literate\n\n * Excellent telephone manner\n\nWorking Hours\n\n * 08:30-17:30\n\nDue to a very high number of applications, we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
