This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a customer-facing environment.This part-time role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, including university students, with a working pattern of 2 weekdays (10am - 6pm) and every other weekend.Key Responsibilities- Welcoming visitors and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact- Handling inbound phone calls, including queries relating to parking permits- Managing and resolving customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner- Providing accurate information and support to enhance the overall visitor experience- Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all timesWorking Pattern- 3 days per week- Typically 2 weekdays plus every other weekend- Shift times: 10:00am - 6:00pm- 7.5 paid hours per shiftAbout You- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Confident handling customer queries and complaints- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused- Able to work both independently and as part of a team- Reliable and flexible with availability, including weekendsAdditional Information- Open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including university students- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essentialJBRP1_UKTJ
