We're Hiring: Customer Service Administrator
Part-Time | Temporary Salary: £14.29 p/h
Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service? We're looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our clients finance team and play a vital role in ensuring the effective collection of outstanding monies and maintenance of customer accounts.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the timely collection of revenue across a variety of accounts, ensuring that all outstanding payments are pursued in line with the companies policies and procedures. You'll liaise directly with customers, offering advice, support, and flexible solutions to help resolve outstanding balances.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments. * Initiate and manage contact with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence. * Negotiate payment arrangements and provide advice on debt resolution options. * Maintain accurate records of communication and payment activity. * Work collaboratively with other departments and external agencies.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and good all round IT skills
You will be working 26 hours per week and these can be flexible how they are made up. Previous finance experience is not a necessity, however you will have to have a proven track record of office based Customer Service and Administration.
This is a temporary role initially until December.
