Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service? We're looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our clients finance team and play a vital role in ensuring the effective collection of outstanding monies and maintenance of customer accounts.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the timely collection of revenue across a variety of accounts, ensuring that all outstanding payments are pursued in line with the companies policies and procedures. You'll liaise directly with customers, offering advice, support, and flexible solutions to help resolve outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments. Initiate and manage contact with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence. Negotiate payment arrangements and provide advice on debt resolution options. Maintain accurate records of communication and payment activity.
