Key Responsibilities: Booking in deliveries and updating the system with relevant details Managing a high volume of calls (approximately 180 per day) Communicating professionally via telephone and email Requirements: Strong attention to detail Professional telephone manner and good written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Transport industry experience is preferred but not essential Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 17:00 & 08:00 16:00 (37.5 hours per week)
